Full-system scan
Every module, not just the engine. ABS, SRS, transmission, body, HVAC — faults in one system routinely masquerade as another.
Diagnostics
The parts store reads your code for free and sends you home with the wrong part. We trace the actual fault — so you buy one part, once.
The difference
A P0300 misfire code doesn't mean "replace the coils." It means one of about fifteen things. A cheap scanner reads the code and stops. We keep going.
Every module, not just the engine. ABS, SRS, transmission, body, HVAC — faults in one system routinely masquerade as another.
We watch the sensors while the engine runs. Fuel trims, ICP, IPR duty cycle, voltage under load — the real story is in the numbers moving, not the code sitting there.
We command components on and off directly to prove which one has actually failed, instead of replacing parts and hoping.
Wiring, grounds, connectors and parasitic drain. The faults nobody wants to chase are usually the ones that were really wrong.
Common calls
Steady or flashing. Emissions codes, misfires, sensor faults, fuel trim problems.
Fuel, spark, compression, or a module refusing to authorize the crank. We find which.
Battery, starter, ignition switch, relay, neutral safety or range switch, immobilizer.
Usually a charging fault or a parasitic draw. Both are traceable. Neither is a new battery.
Vacuum leaks, injectors, ignition, sensors, carbon. Live data separates them fast.
Half the dash lit up is usually one root cause — often a communication or ground fault.
What you get
Every diagnosis ends with a written summary: the concern you reported, what we actually found, and what it takes to fix it. Itemized, with part numbers. It's yours to keep — even if you decide to have someone else do the repair.
Tell us the symptom. We'll tell you what it'll take to find the cause.
